1. Who we are

This website is operated by COE Solutions, a workshop based in the Netherlands offering laser cutting, 3D printing, ready-made products, and custom CAD design work. You can reach us at info@coesolutions.nl. Our company registration (KvK) and VAT (BTW) numbers are shown on your order confirmation and invoice.

2. About these terms

These terms apply to every order placed and every quote requested through this website. By placing an order you agree to them. We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force is the one published here when you place your order.

3. Our products and services

We offer four things:

• Catalogue products — ready-made laser-cut, 3D-printed, and kit items.
• Instant-quote laser cutting — you upload a design file and receive an automatic price based on material and size.
• Instant-quote 3D printing — you upload a model and receive an automatic price based on material and volume.
• Request-a-quote CAD service — we review your brief and send you a fixed price to approve before any work begins.

Product images and descriptions are provided in good faith. Handmade and made-to-order items may vary slightly from the pictures shown.

4. Orders

An order is confirmed once you have completed checkout and received our confirmation by email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if a file cannot be produced safely, a price was shown in obvious error, or the work falls outside what our workshop can make. If we cancel, you receive a full refund.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are in euros (EUR) and include Dutch VAT (BTW) at 21% where it applies. Instant quotes generated from uploaded files are estimates based on the file you provide; if a file cannot be produced as supplied, we will contact you before charging or making anything. Payment is taken at checkout, or through the secure link we send you for approved CAD quotes.

6. Custom and made-to-order work

Laser, 3D-printing, and CAD orders are produced to your specification. Please check your files, measurements, materials, and quantities carefully before ordering — we produce from what you supply and approve.

7. Delivery

We ship within the Netherlands and the EU. Delivery times are estimates and begin once your item is made. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

8. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of a standard catalogue product and return it unused for a refund. This right does not apply to goods made to your specification or clearly personalised — which includes custom laser, 3D-printing, and CAD orders — as allowed under EU consumer law.

9. Your files and intellectual property

You keep ownership of the design files you upload, and you confirm you have the right to have them produced. You grant us permission to use them only to prepare and fulfil your order. You may not order items that infringe someone else’s intellectual property or that are unlawful to produce.

10. Liability

We provide our products and services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

11. Privacy

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent Dutch courts. Your mandatory rights as a consumer in your country of residence are unaffected.
