1. Who is responsible for your data

COE Solutions, based in the Netherlands, is the controller of the personal data collected through this website. Contact: info@coesolutions.nl.

2. What we collect

• Order and contact details — your name, email, delivery and billing address, and phone number if you provide one.
• Design files — the SVG, DXF, STL, or other files you upload for a quote or order.
• Enquiry details — anything you send us through the contact form.
• Payment information — processed by our payment provider. We receive confirmation that payment succeeded but do not store your card details.
• Basic technical data — information your browser sends and essential cookies needed to run the site and your cart.

3. How we use it and our legal basis

• To prepare quotes and fulfil your orders — performance of a contract.
• To reply to enquiries and provide support — our legitimate interest in helping customers.
• To keep invoices and records — a legal obligation under Dutch tax law.
• To keep the site secure and working — our legitimate interest.

4. Your uploaded files

We use the files you upload only to quote and produce your order. We do not sell them or use them for anything else.

5. Who we share it with

We share data only with the service providers we need to run the business — for example payment, shipping, and email providers — and only as far as needed to complete your order. We may disclose data where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal data.

6. How long we keep it

We keep order and invoice data for as long as Dutch tax law requires (currently seven years). Enquiry messages and uploaded files are kept only as long as needed for the request, and then deleted or archived.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to receive a copy of the data you gave us. To exercise any of these, email info@coesolutions.nl. You also have the right to complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

8. Cookies

We use only the essential cookies needed to run the site, remember your cart, and keep it secure. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
